Reviews
A very clean and well-maintained inn. The response from all the employees was also wonderful.
You can enjoy your meal in a private room while looking out at the beautiful courtyard. However, I had high expectations after hearing that the inn prides itself on its cuisine, but although the dishes are very elaborate and fashionable, the overall sweetness is emphasized, perhaps due to the taste of the Shonai region, and unfortunately I was disappointed. Although it didn't really suit my taste, the harvest fried rice was delicious. Funamori is a lineup that doesn't have much of a seasonal feel. Personally, I wonder if there will be sea squirts in December.
The hot springs are sulfate springs, but the quality of the water is thin, and the baths are a bit narrow due to the temperature, while the river baths, which have a goldfish tank as a wall, are a little wider than the mountain baths, but neither has an open-air bath. The temperature is around 40℃ or so. There is also a family bath that you can use if it's available, and the temperature here is a little higher than the other baths, but it doesn't seem to reach 42 degrees Celsius. Everything except the family bath was modern, which may be a bit of a disappointment if you were looking for a nice atmosphere, but it was very well maintained and I felt comfortable.
This is a very relaxing inn with a homely atmosphere.
The food is also delicious.
I go there three times a year!
This is my favorite inn! ️
The food is delicious and satisfying
The amount will come out
Above all, the staff
It's homely and feels like coming home.
I'm enjoying the atmosphere.
The staff's attentiveness
I think it's wonderful.
Always in your room
There is a bath with water flowing directly from the source.
Hanagoyomika maisonette type
I'll stay for the moon viewing.
A great inn where you can relax!
It's a beautiful ryokan ♪ Unlike a large ryokan, the maze-like building structure and the simple and rustic appearance of the rooms, baths, and private rooms are exquisitely good for an overnight stay on a long trip (^^)
However, in the public bath, it is possible to experience a super-large goldfish tank while looking at it.
In addition, both dinner and breakfast were large and delicious.
Dinner is a course for 4 people and takes about 2 hours, so it's perfect for those who like to enjoy their meals♪
[Overview] The spring quality, hospitality, food, and in-house quality are all excellent (weekday stay in October 2023)
[Spring quality]
The spring quality feels colorless and odorless, but it feels nice on the skin and keeps you warm after bathing.
[Bath]
There are three private baths in the building, just enough for the number of rooms, one of which is an observation bath on the 5th floor, the top floor. All hot water is flowing directly from the stream.
It is very well maintained, and you can see the attention to detail, such as not having a hair dryer in the room to shorten the time it is occupied. The restaurant also accepts customers from the two affiliated restaurants in the town, but it doesn't seem crowded.
The observation bath on the 5th floor has windows that look out on two sides and a blindfold, but it feels like you can see inside from a little distance away.
【hospitality】
From the moment you arrive at the inn, you will receive detailed and wonderful support from the moment you arrive at the inn, including parking information, explanations about the facility, and luggage transportation.
You can enjoy your meal with just the right amount of customer service distance.
【meal】
Both dinner and breakfast were excellent in quantity and quality. There are many options for specifying a time, so you can relax and enjoy your time.
All meals are eaten at the in-house restaurant, but each table has partitions so you can enjoy a relaxing meal as if you were in a private room.
Great variety and quality of alcohol
【parking】
There is a free parking lot across the street from the building that is shared with an affiliated inn. If you have a large vehicle, it may feel a little cramped when unloading the cargo.
[Inside the building]
Overall, it is clean and has a good impression.
There are also chairs in front of the bathhouse for people to wait their turn.
【others】
This hot spring town is small, so you can easily walk around it. You can also use the baths in the two affiliated buildings, but be careful of the time restrictions.
This has nothing to do with this inn, but the footbath next to the inn was not in use at the time of my stay.
Overall, it was a wonderful stay and I enjoyed my stay. thank you
The food was delicious, but other than that it was a pretty good inn. The room and bath were nice, but for the price. The food was very good so the price of the food? maybe. There aren't many fireflies, but there's a place nearby where you can see fireflies, so I'm glad they picked me up and picked me up.
Meals and hot springs are recommended.
The food is delicious.
